 JUDY ZITZLOFF is President of Zitzloff Training Resources, Inc . , a consortium of Master Trainers and Consultants specializing in creating custom designed professional development seminars.
ZTR partners with organizations to help them manage and maximize their human resources. We provide training resources and educational products for the purpose of increasing people's motivation, morale, productivity and job satisfaction. Judy is an Empowerment Coach and has been teaching people success strategies for 30 years, specializing in “Speaking DiSC Fluently”, TeamBuilding, Management, Attitudes, and Interpersonal Skills. Judy is 1 of only 30 trainers in the world to complete the official DiSC Certification from Inscape Publishing. Inscape's Certified DiSC Trainer designation provides additional credentials that demonstrate Judy's in-depth understanding of DiSC and its applications. She conducts several Train the Trainer labs annually for in-house trainers. She mentors and manages a national team of trainers and consultants. She has received numerous High Achiever Marketing and Training Awards. These awards place her in the Top 10% of Inscape Publishing Company Distributors. The criteria includes a high sales and marketing volume, demonstrated excellence in serving others and achieving results, and being an example of competence, commitment, and accomplishment as a leader in training and consulting. She was awarded Mentor of the Year for her outstanding contributions to her peers. Judy also received a Minnesota Quality Council Award for providing excellent customer service. As a professional trainer and consultant, she conducts seminars for trainers and employees in business, industry, professional associations, education, churches, and governmental agencies. Her inspirational and energetic style has earned her many long term clients. Her client list includes General Mills, Ameriprise, AIB, Norstan, Jostens, Blue Cross Blue Shield of MN, Graco, Medtronic, Express Scripts, Jostens, Toro, Champps, Decision Systems, Electro-Sensors, Hartford Ins., Pentair, John Deere, Mpls.
