Developing and Coaching Others
Developing and Coaching Others (DCO) focuses on how a Team leader can effectively and successfully develop and coach others to become better and more consistent performers. Team leaders will be provided with skills and strategies to guide their team members through a learning process, with specific tactics to help them "before", "during", and "after" training to ensure that behavior change is achieved. Team leaders will also be provided with a "coaching moments" model to help their teams gain understanding and insight about their actions in a way that supports self awareness with opportunities to learn and improve. Through effectively impacting the learning process and coaching moments of their team, Team Leaders can, and will, achieve permanent improvements in individual performance of their teams that will make the difference. This 4 hour program also has a video component of the coaching moments process between a Team Leader and a Team Member (traditional and positive uses of the skills discussed in the program). Developing and Coaching Others - Sr Mgmt Version The Senior Management Version of Developing and Coaching Others focuses on how Managers can effectively and successfully develop and coach their Team Leaders to become better and more consistent performers. The program will help your Managers learn the specifics of how they can effectively impact the learning process and coaching moments of their teams to make the difference. This 4 hour program also has a video component of the coaching moments process between a Manager and a Team Leader (traditional and positive uses of the skills discussed in the program).
