STAR Service | | Building Positive Memorable Customer Service Experiences
STAR Service is a new, powerful, half day program designed to address the opportunity to improve customer experiences. Service employees will learn the process and skills they need to provide customers with Positive Memorable Experiences. The clear, practical, four-step STAR Service Process, coupled with the communication skills taught in the workshop, help your employees not only to transform negative and neutral customer experiences to positive and memorable transactions but also to reaffirm and enhance long-term relationships, the foundation of business success. |
"Quick Start for Supervisors" Recently Updated | | Our own semi-custom training program, "Quick Start for Supervisors" was recently updated with even more activities, exercises, and games. What does semi-custom mean? We start with proven content that we've developed and used in a variety of client applications and then modify that training content to be sure that it is targeted and relevant to your training needs. That can mean changing the title of the program, adding your logo and color scheme, and customizing the PowerPoint slides that support it. It can also mean changing wording so that it matches the nomenclature of your organization for example, using the term supervisor, manager, or team leader, depending on which one you use in your organization. Or it could mean emphasizing or de-emphasizing some portions of the training content based on your needs. Quick Start currently is composed of seven sessions that are designed as half-day modules, so you can decide which ones you would like to implement (and in which order), and since we don't print materials until you order them, you retain the flexibility to make changes that fit your needs. Organizations like Delta Dental of California, Norcal Mutual Insurance, Nathan Adelson Hospice, PAS Associates, and Comerica Bank have all taken advantage of the versatility that "Quick Start for Supervisors" offers - perhaps it is time you checked it out too! |

Happy Holidays to our Valued Clients! | | Each year, we count our blessings because we have a thriving business. In honor of our clients and as part of our thankfulness, we dedicate $1,000. to be divided among different charities recommended by our clients. Many years ago, we started making these donations in lieu of sending out holiday cards as we know that even the most expensive card couldn't adequately express the appreciation we have for our customers.
