The DiSC Train the Trainer process empowers trainers, coaches, and consultants to learn the DiSC model, administer the DiSC learning tools, and then utilize the model and tools to meet their personal and organizational objectives. An Alternative to our Classroom DiSC Trainer Certification Many trainers have indicated it is difficult to attend our 2-day Classroom DiSC Trainer Certification and have requested a virtual learning option. The Virtual DiSC Trainer Certification includes a variety of DiSC based training materials including self paced online training and personalized individual telephone coaching, and takes approximately 15 hours to complete. - Offering additional phone coaching sessions to take your DiSC learning to a new level
- Conduct your first conference call (1 of 5 one-hour phone coaching discussions) with your Master Trainer to discuss the objectives for your upcoming training program. At this time you will also schedule your four additional conference calls.
- Complete the DiSC Classic 2.0 Online Profile and print the results on your printer (color or black). DiSC Classic Sample 2.0 Sample Report
- Conduct a phone discussion (2nd of 5th) with your Master Trainer (60-90 minutes to discuss DiSC concepts).
- Read your personalized DiSC PPSS General Characteristics Report and prepare a list of potential applications.
- Complete a DiSC Paper Action Planner ( Management , Sales , or Customer Service ). You will complete the Action Planner on your perception of another person's behavior and then complete a Communication Plan to increase successful communication with that person.
- Conduct a phone discussion (3rd of 5th) with your Master Trainer to discuss the DiSC PPSS General Characteristics Report and DiSC Action Planner and to discuss applications.
- Learn to use your EPIC (Electronic Profile Information Center) Account.
- Review Everything DiSC Classic Facilitation System and design a preliminary outline for your upcoming training session.
- Conduct phone discussion with your Master Trainer to accomplish the following:
- Assist you with your training plan (outline, exercises, and activities.)
- Design a reinforcement program to keep the DiSC concepts alive in your organization.
- Conduct your DiSC training session.
- Make a follow-up call (5th of 5th) to your Master Trainer to discuss your training experience and to further refine the seminar.

$2,495.00 Note: If several people from your organization want to take the Virtual DiSC Trainer Certificationand share one Everything DiSC Classic Facilitation System, we will reduce the cost by $1,500 for each additional participant. (One participant will pay the full price and each additional participant will pay the reduced fee of $995.) Note: Additional DiSC coaching sessions are available for $125 per hour.
